Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 lemon peeled, without seeds
  • 1 oz pure maple syrup
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut water you can sub apple juice as well

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to the blender except the ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the ice and finish blending.

Notes

*Optional: top with a tbsp of chia seeds or shredded coconut.
Make it like the original: 1 avocado, 1/2 lemon, 3oz pure maple syrup, 2oz vanilla protein powder, 1 tbsp spirulina, 1 handful of kale/spinach, 1 1/2 cups apple juice or coconut water, 1 glass full of ice.
