Healthy Green Avocado Smoothie
A delicious and creamy green smoothie filled with avocado, lemon, and spinach.
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 lemon peeled, without seeds
- 1 oz pure maple syrup
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup ice
- 1 1/2 cups coconut water you can sub apple juice as well
*Optional: top with a tbsp of chia seeds or shredded coconut.
Make it like the original: 1 avocado, 1/2 lemon, 3oz pure maple syrup, 2oz vanilla protein powder, 1 tbsp spirulina, 1 handful of kale/spinach, 1 1/2 cups apple juice or coconut water, 1 glass full of ice.
