I’ve been working on growing my Pinterest lately, and as a result I have spent so much time scrolling through fashion trends and I see so many photos of these black vans I became a little obsessed and I had to get a pair for myself. I love them! I’ve also seen a TON of growth in my pinterest (from 7k monthly viewers to 327k!). Would you be interested in seeing a guide for how I did it?

Over the past few months I’ve been a little frustrated with my diet. We eat vegan 95% of the time, and even then I still felt bloated and unhealthy and like I had to constantly restrict myself to keep from overeating. I did a raw vegan challenge for two weeks back in November just before we went to Paris and I loved it. It’s challenging going out to eat and visiting friends and family, but apart from a few digressions I was raw for almost the entire 14 days. I lost about 6 pounds of water weight, felt better, and I wasn’t constantly hungry. I’ve been wanting to give raw vegan another shot, but recipes aren’t easy to come by without a ton of obscure ingredients and specialty kitchen equipment. I’ve been a fan of Kate Flowers on Youtube for a while now, and she just came out with a raw vegan cookbook. With amazing reviews and having tried some of her recipes in the past, I decided it’s worth the $25 and bought the cookbook. This is hands-down one of the best decisions I’ve made! Evan has jumped on the raw vegan train with me and we aren’t left hungry or disappointed with the recipes – each one is SO GOOD! Now I’m eating ~mostly~ raw vegan and I feel more satiated, energetic, and clean.
Even though I’m trying raw vegan, that didn’t keep me from indulging in some delicious baked goods. You can start your mornings off right with these vegan zucchini bread muffins.

We have a trip planned to Colorado to visit Evan’s parents this month, and we’re so excited!
